Oldham & Associates was established by Jim Oldham in 1992. The agency was originally set up to operate as a "captive agency," writing insurance primarily with Nationwide Insurance. Jim partnered with his son, Zac Oldham in 1999 and Zac transitioned the growing agency to the "independent agency" model in 2011.
